All our prices are 21% VAT not included.

The reservation is only final after checking the full amount of the rent on our account number BE40 0631 3993 5063.
Announcement: Studio + "date" + "hours"

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days in advance.
If less than 3 days (72 hours), 50% of the rent will be charged.
If less than 24 hours, 100% of the rent will be charged.

Warranty

Cash payment of 250 € at the start. At the end of the day and after settlement of any costs, the deposit will be returned in cash.

By booking by mail and / or payment you agree with our terms and conditions.
